摘要:用等效磁路法设计了5kW,30000r/min的高速无刷直流电机。针对电机效率的优化问题,建立了有约束条件的优化数学模型,用外罚函数法将其转化为带惩罚项无约束优化问题。在经典化学反应优化算法的基础上采用精英保留策略,结合粒子群优化算法对化学反应优化算法进行改进。分别用经典化学反应优化算法和改进的化学反应优化算法对无刷直流电机模型进行优化。优化结果表明改进的化学反应优化算法计算的电机模型有更高的效率。利用Maxwell对改进的优化算法计算出的模型进行有限元分析,证明了该算法能有效地用于电机优化问题。 关键词:无刷直流电机;电机设计;电机优化;改进化学反应优化算法 Abstract: A high speed brushless DC motor was designed by the equivalent magnetic circuit method, the motors rated power is 5kW and rated speed is 30000r/min. An optimization mathematical model with constraint was built to improve the efficiency of motor, and the method of external penalty function was used to transform it into an unconstrained optimization problem with penalty function. Elite retention strategy was used in the classical chemical reaction optimization(CRO) algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to improve CRO. CRO and improved chemical reaction optimization(ICRO) algorithm were used to optimize the model of brushless DC motor respectively. The optimization result showed that ICRO could get better motor model. The finite element analysis of the model calculated by ICRO was carried out by Maxwell, which verified the validity of ICRO used in motor optimization.
