摘 要:针对电主轴宽调速范围、大扭矩、高平稳性的要求,设计了基于TMS320F2812的高性能电主轴驱动系统硬件结构和软件结构。分析了转子磁场定向矢量控制的原理和转子磁链位置的计算,并根据这两个原理设计了电主轴驱动系统,最后详细地介绍了系统调试过程并给出实验结果。实验结果表明该系统具有良好的静态和动态性能。 关键词:电主轴;磁场定向矢量控制;伺服系统;实验
Abstract: To fulfill the request of large speed scale,big torque,high stabilization,the drive system of high performance spindle based on TMS320F2812 was designed which included hardware and software.In addition the theory of FOC(Field Orientated Control)and the calculation of flux were introduced.According to the theories,the drive system of spindle was built and a detailed debug process and some of the experiments were given.The results of the experiments prove that the system has excellent static and dynamic performances.
