摘要:为了提高高压断路器的工作特性,研究了一种永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动的高压断路器操动机构及其控制方法。搭建了一台126kV高压断路器电机驱动操动机构样机。根据断路器分合闸的技术要求设计了分合闸运动曲线,通过永磁同步电机位置伺服控制,可以控制断路器按照预先给定的运动曲线进行分合闸操作。实验结果证明,通过电机驱动操动机构控制的断路器的分合闸操作满足技术要求,并且运动特性稳定,一致性好。 关键词:高压断路器;操动机构;电机驱动;永磁同步电机;最大转矩电流比;矢量控制
Abstract: A new type of operation mechanism of highvoltage circuit breaker (HVCB) driven by a threephase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was implemented and the control strategy of this operation mechanism was studied to improve performance of HVCB. A prototype of 126 kV HVCB with motor drive mechanism was built and tested. By position servo control of PMSM, the motor drive mechanism can operate the HVCB to open or close according to the precalculated operating characteristic curves. The experiment results indicate that motor drive mechanism can meet the requirements of HVCB and the opening and closing operation are stable and reliable.
