摘要:螺旋桨飞机模型带动力风洞实验,需要对高功率密度、带循环冷却的伺服电机进行实时控制。本文通过对风洞动力系统运行环境的分析,并对其特殊运行环境做了针对性设计,成功地解决了该系统运行的可靠性和稳定性问题。本次设计的驱动控制系统,可以实现对四台伺服电机的现场和远程监控,并记录运行数据。实际运行结果表明,该系统具有操作方便、功能完善、控制精度高、运行稳定可靠等优点。因而该系统具有较高的工程应用价值。

In this article, through the analysis of the wind power system operating environment, made specific design for its special operation environment, successfully solved the system running reliability and stability. The design of the actuation driving control system, can realize the scene of the four servo motor and remote monitoring, and record the running data. Actual operation results show that the system has easy operation, perfect function, high control precision, stable and reliable operation, etc. The system has high engineering application value.
