标题:风机用外转子永磁同步电动机的优化分析

摘要:为了削弱风机用外转子永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,使其性能得到改善。根据永磁同步电动机产生齿槽转矩机理进行分析得知,通过采用不等厚永磁体和对极弧系数进行优化,可以有效降低永磁电机的齿槽转矩。本文以一款24槽8极风机用外转子永磁同步电动机存在较大的齿槽转矩为例,基于Maxwell 2D建立该款电机有限元模型,将磁钢的偏心距和极弧系数分别设为变量,进行扫描分析,仿真结果表明,在合理的范围内,存在一个最优的偏心距和极弧系数使该款电机的齿槽转矩得到明显削弱。因此,本文为降低风机用外转子永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩在理论上提供了较高的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to weaken the cogging torque of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor for fan, which improves its performance. According to the permanent magnet synchronous motor produces cogging torque mechanism to analysis, through using unequal thickness of permanent magnet and optimizing the pole arc coefficient, can effectively reduce the cogging torque of the permanent magnet motor. This paper took a fan with 24 slot 8 pole permanent magnet synchronous motor existed large cogging torque as an example, based on Maxwell 2D established the finite element model of the motor, magnet of the eccentricity and the pole arc coefficients were set as variable, scanning analysis. The simulation results show that, within a reasonable range, there is an optimal eccentricity and pole arc coefficient to make the cogging torque of the motor reduced significantly. Therefore, this article is to reduce the cogging torque of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor for fan provides a high reference value in theory.
