摘 要:分析音圈电机数学模型的基础上,在Matlab的Simulink环境中建立了音圈电机位置伺服系统的仿真模型,伺服系统采用三闭环系统,其中位置环和速度环采用PI控制,电流环根据两种驱动方式分别采用PWM斩波实现和功率放大器实现,通过试验仿真,对两种驱动方法进行了比较。试验表明,PWM斩波控制实现的驱动器适合做低频较大位置跟踪,功率放大器方法实现的驱动器适合做小位置时的无差高频位置跟踪。 关键词:音圈电机;斩波;功率放大器;仿真
Abstract: The mathematical model of the voice coil motor was analyzed first, then the simulation model of the voice coil motor position servo system was established in the Simulink environment of the Matlab, the servo system adopted the three-loop system. In this system, PI control were used in the position loop and speed loop, for the current loop, according to two driven methods, the PWM chopper drive mode and the power amplifier were used. The two driving methods were compared through the experimentation and simulation. The results show that, the driver which is achieved by PWM chopper control is suitable for location tracking with low frequency, greater position. Power amplifier method is fit for small position in the error-free high-frequency position tracking. Key words: voice coil motor; PWM; power amplifier; simulation
