摘要:本文研究了面贴式永磁同步电机的无传感器FOC控制,分析了基于滑模控制的转速和位置估计的方法,针对低通滤波器造成的电机转子位置估算误差提出了一种分段线性补偿的方法,并给出了一种永磁同步电机开环启动的方法,将理论和公式改造成易于编程的实现的形式,方便把理论转化为控制程序。并对这种控制器进行了设计。实验结果表明本文设计的滑模观测器能够很好的观测反电势、估算电机转子的位置和速度,系统具有较好的鲁棒性,具有十分重要的工程前景。
关键词:SPMSM无传感器;FOC控制;滑模控制;编程化处理;PID调节 Abstract: In this paper, discussed the surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless FOC control, analysed the speed and position control of synovial estimate based method for the low-pass filter rotor position estimation error, proposed a piecewise linear compensation approach and gave a permanent magnet synchronous motor open loop start method, the transformation theory and formulas into easily implemented in the form of programming to facilitate the theory into the control program, and designed this controller. Experimental results show that the designed sliding mode observer can be a good observer BEMF, estimate the position and speed of the motor rotor, the system has better robustness, with engineering prospects are very important.
