摘要:本文分析了SPMSM电动机弱磁控制的原理,根据电动机的具体参数不同将SPMSM电动机分为3种类型,并分析了3种类型的判别依据。针对第三种类型的电动机,给出了某型号电动机工程实现的具体步骤,提出了避免开方的分区分段逼近法和避免失效控制的具体方案,并对这些方法进行了详细的分析;对SPMSM电动机第三类型电动机的控制进行了设计,给出整体控制框图。实验结果验证了本文所提方案。
