摘要:本文提出了一种无位置传感器的隐极式永磁同步电机转子初始位置估算的方法,这种估算方法是利用由于转子永磁铁而产生铁心的非线性磁化特性,该方法中给电枢绕组施加幅值相同、方向不同的一系列电压空间矢量,并判断各矢量下对于响应电流的大小,来确定转子初始位置角度。在整个检测的过程中,保持转子的静止。以DSP控制的永磁同步电机系统为实验平台,对所提出的方法进行了实验验证及实验结果分析,结果表明理论分析正确。
关键词:磁饱和;转子初始位置;隐极永磁同步电机 Abstract: The paper put forward the initial position estimation method for a surface permanentmagnet synchronous motor without a position sensor. The estimation was performed by using the nonlinear magnetization characteristics of the stator core caused by the magnet of the rotor. This method was based on the principlethat the axis current value for the voltage vector applied to the motor under some conditions increases as the voltage vector generated from the inverter approaches the pole of the rotor. During the estimation process, the rotor was practically at standstill. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithms are correct.
