摘要:提出一种基于反电动势检测和电流脉动起动的阀门用无刷直流电机无传感器控制方案。针对传统三段式起动成功率低、不适合频繁起停、带载起动能力差等问题,提出一种依据电流脉动信息进行换相的新型起动方式。理论分析和实验均表明,电机系统相比传统三段式方式有着明显的优势,能够有效适应阀门电机这一特殊工作环境以及带重载起动和往复运行的问题。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;软起动;反电动势检测;阀门电机;电流脉动换相
Abstract: This paper presented a sensorless control system for brushless DC motor based on back EMF detection and current pulsation startup. Aiming at the problems such as low success rate of traditional threestage startup, unsuitable for frequent startup and stopping, and poor startup capability of load, a novel starting method based on commutation of current pulsation information was proposed. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that the motor system has obvious advantages compared with the traditional threestage method, which can effectively adapt to the special working environment of the valve motor and the problem of startup and restarting with heavy load.
