摘 要:提出一种基于电路-磁场耦合的数学模型对磁悬浮列车用长定子直线同步电机进行建模,基于磁链方程的基础上推出电磁推力公式,实时计算直线电机的运行状况,得出电磁推力随定子电流、励磁电流、气隙高度的变化特性曲线,通过与ANSYS结果的对比验证了公式的正确性。对直线同步电机运行时可能发生的潜在内部故障进行仿真,观察电流、电磁力在不同故障类型和故障短路比下的区别,为直线同步电机故障诊断提供理论依据。〖JP〗〖HT〗 关键词:长定子直线同步电机,电磁推力计算,内部故障,故障诊断
Abstract: This paper presented a coupled electric-magnetic circuit model for long-stator linear synchronous motor(LSM)and an experiential formula for electromagnetic force computation was derived from the magnetic flux equation.The curves between the propulsion force and armature current and other parameters were obtained and compared to the results gained from Ansys,which proved the validity of this method.Based on the mathematic models under different internal fault conditions,the major potential internal faults were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results of current and electromagnetic forces under different fault types and short circuit ratios were obtained,which make preparations for the fault diagnosis.
