摘 要:介绍了一种采用永磁式转子的锥形电机,给出了这类电机的模型,分析了其结构特点以及不同转子位置下的轴向磁拉力和转矩的变化情况,并建立电机的三维有限元模型进行了仿真计算,得出转子的轴向磁拉力和转矩与转子的轴向位移之间的关系,最后转矩参数的变化规律通过实验得到了验证。 关键词:锥形转子永磁电机;三维有限元;轴向磁拉力;转矩
Abstract: A taper motor with permanent magnet rotor was introduced in this paper,then gave the basic model and described the structure characteristics of the motor are .The variation of axial magnetic force and torque at different rotor axial locations was calculated analytically and then calculated by 3D finite element method with 3D finite element model established.Finally,the variation of torque parameter was verified by experiment.
