摘 要:利用DSP的SPI接口实现与编码器的通信;而ENDAT接口为数据传输和信号发送提供了便利。通过开机前获取绝对位置值,工作时读取增量脉冲,不仅减少了断电干扰,省去开机归零,而且避免了使用大体积码盘,使得计算读取位置值更加简易,精确。
Abstract: Aimed at realizing serial communication between scanning mechanism servo controller and PC,put forward the design and implementation of specific asynchronous serial communications and synchronous serial communication for the proposed system,by way of FPGA,Introduced the whole structure of scanning mechanism servo controller system.The design and simulation of the asynchronous serial communication each function modules,as well as the photoelectric encoder signal count datas sending to the PC through the serial interface of the FPGA were presented in detail.Simulation and analysis results shows the design makes correct timing,the realization of the function,ensures the communications between servo controller and PC.
