标题:轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁电动机运行性能实验研究

摘要:轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁(AFFSPM)电动机是一种面向电动汽车轮毂式直驱系统用的新型定子永磁型双凸极电机,其结构与工作原理不同于传统转子永磁型电机。该电机继承了传统轴向磁场电机与磁通切换电机的优点,具有轴向尺寸短,转子结构简单,功率密度高,永磁磁链与反电动势高度正弦等优点。为了研究AFFSPM电机不同控制策略下的空载及负载性能,搭建了基于TMS320F28123的驱动控制系统实验平台。论文针对AFFSPM电机进行了无刷直流控制、恒压频比控制与id=0矢量控制三种控制策略下的实验研究,并测取了三种控制策略下的电流有效值。实验研究表明,三种控制策略中基于id=0的矢量控制效率最高,相应铜耗最低。

Abstract: Axial field fluxswitching permanent magnet motor(AFFSPM)  is a kind of doublysalient motor applied to directdrive electric vehicles with permanent magnet in stator having novel structure, whose structure and operating principle distinguishing with the permanent magnet synchronous motor with permanent magnet in rotor. This motor takes on the advantage of traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor with permanent magnet in rotor and FSPM motor, having the advantage of short axial size, simple rotor structure, high power density and intrinsic sinusoidal back EMF. In order to verify the noload and load characteristic of AFFSPM motor, a drive motor control system was built based on TMS320F2812.The experiments of brushless DC motor control, constant V/F control and vector control of AFFSPM motor were done, and the current rms of three control strategies were measured. The experimental results show the efficiency of vector control of the AFFSPM motor is the highest of the three control strategies, but the copper loss is the minimum.
