摘 要:为了解决具有特殊结构新型轴向分段式外永磁转子爪极电机的设计问题,在对该种电机的结构、材料、特点以及运行机理简单介绍的基础上,首先提出了该种电机的设计原则,导出了电机主要参数间的关系,分析了电机极数选择的依据;然后详细的列出了该种电机的定子和转子结构设计公式,并给出了电机的简单设计流程;最后通过样机的制造对电机的设计原则和设计特点进行了校验和进一步完善;本文为该种新型电机的设计提供了相对完整的设计参考,同时也为该种电机的深入研究奠定了技术基础。 关键词:电机设计;设计程序;爪极电机
Abstract: In order to solve the problem of design of a novel axial sectional claw pole machine with outer permanent magnet rotor (ASCPM) and special structure, on the basis of introducing its structure, material, characteristics and operating mechanism, design principle was put forward, relationship of main parameters of electric machine was induced and reasons of choosing pole number of electric machine were analyzed. Design formulas of stator structure and rotor structure were listed in detail for this machine, and simple design procedure was given. Design principle and Design characteristics were verified and improved further by manufacture of prototype. This paper provides relatively complete design references for this kind of novel machine and lays technical foundation on studying it deeply.
