标题:转子静态偏心对永磁电机斜槽特性的影响研究

摘要:加工工艺以及装配技术的局限导致电机定、转子轴线不能够完全重合,准确预测偏心状态下电机的性能对于精确控制电机有重要现实意义。精确计算斜槽电机性能一般需要构建三维有限元模型,而三维模型不仅建模复杂,而且求解极其耗时。针对永磁无刷直流电机端部磁场较弱的特点,采取分段直槽等效斜槽的思路,基于二维场分析模型建立了转子静态偏心、定子铁心斜槽的表贴式永磁无刷直流电机的快速仿真模型。针对样机,计算和分析了不同偏心程度下的磁场分布、齿槽转矩和空载感应电势,并分析了模型计算精度。研究结果表明:对于表贴式永磁电机,转子静态偏心仅轻微影响直槽电机性能,而定子铁心斜槽几乎能够完全消除这些影响。

Abstract: The axes of the motor stator and rotor can not coincide completely on account of the limitations of processing technology and assembly technique. Accurate performance prediction of the motor with static eccentricity has important practical significance for precise control. A threedimensional finite element model was built to calculate the performance of the skewslot electrical machine customarily. The modeling process of the threedimensional finite element model was very complicated and the enormous amount of calculation can not be avoided. According to the characteristic of end magnetic field for surfacemounted permanent magnet brushless DC motor, the multislice equivalent model was adopted to study the performance of the motor with static eccentricity and skewed stator. A axial slice number was chosen reasonably and the computational accuracy was evaluated on the basis of harmonic analysis results of the airgap flux density in a model machine. Cogging torque and noload induced electromotive force were calculated and analyzed. The study results show that the performance of straight slot motor is only slightly affected by rotor static eccentricity and the effects can be eliminated perfectly by skewed stator slot.
