摘要:磁阻式和特殊笼型是目前研究的无刷双馈电机的两种转子结构,但均因导体利用率低、谐波含量大而导致性能达不到工业应用要求。本文提出一种转子采用星-三角接法的绕线式无刷双馈电机,这种电机可以作为发电机或电动机。转子绕组采用星-三角接法能够有效地提高导体利用率。文中引入双极数槽号相位图以用于说明星-三角结构的工作原理,并通过列举绕组实例说明了方法的有效性,同时对所选方案的磁势谐波进行了分析。样机实验结果表明,基于星-三角原理设计的绕线式无刷电机具有优良的性能。

Abstract: The reluctance and cage rotors are two types of rotor structure of brushless doublyfed machine(BDFM), but can′t fit for the industrial application at present because the conductor availability ratios are low and harmonic content are high. In this paper, a new woundrotor brushless doublyfed machine with structure in the form of stardelta(Y-Δ) was proposed. The structure of rotor of the new machine can improve the conductor availability of wound rotor windings. The machine was intended for used as a variable speed generator, or drive. Slotnumber phase diagram was used to illuminate the principle and some combinations of different slots and poles were presented as the examples. Harmonic analysis was also employed to analyze the magnetic motive force (MMF) waveform of rotor winding with the structure of stardelta. Finally, the correctness of results was verified through the experiment of laboratory stardelta brushless doublyfed machine.
