摘要:用有限元法分析同步磁阻电机转子肋宽、转子空气层占比、配比、位置以及饱和对Ld、Lq和转矩的影响,为提高电机转矩和功率因数,提出无肋宽的转子结构,分析表明空气层占比和饱和对Lq和转矩影响较大,是影响电机性能的主要参数,而空气层配比以及位置对Ld、Lq和转矩影响较小,为获得高性能的同步磁阻电机奠定基础。

Abstract: The Finite Element Method (FEM) was applied to analyze the effects of the Synchronous Reluctance Motor(SynRM) rotor rib width, rotor air layer ratio, proportion, position and saturation on Ld、Lq and torque. In order to improve the motor torque and power factor, the rotor structure without rib width was proposed. The analysis indicated that the air layer ratio and saturation which had more impact on Lq and torque were the main parameters for the performance of motor. However, the influence of the air layer proportion and position on Ld、Lq and torque was not significant. The study provided the foundation for getting the high performance SynRM.
