标题:轨道交通用磁通切换永磁直线电机空间矢量脉宽控制

摘  要:随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,直线电机在该领域的应用得到广泛关注。本文研究一种磁通切换型永磁直线电机,其永磁体和电枢绕组都置于初级动子,而次级长定子仅由导磁铁心组成,结构简单。因此,该电机兼具永磁同步直线电机功率密度高和直线感应电机定子结构简单的优点,特别适用于如轨道交通等长定子场合,可大大降低系统成本。针对电流滞环控制方法精确度不高的问题,本文采用了空间矢量脉宽调制算法来研究该磁通切换直线电机动态性能。利用Matlab/Simulink搭建了电机的系统仿真模型,在此基础上研究了该电机负载动态变化时的推力响应及动态性能,仿真结果验证了模型的正确性和有效性,为实际的直线电机控制系统提供了参考和依据。

Abstract:  With the rapid development of urban rail transit, linear motor has attracted much more attention in this area. This paper described a linear flux-switching permanent magnet motor (LFSPM), in which both the permanent magnet and armature windings were located in the short primary mover, while the long stator was only made of iron, structure was simple. Hence, this motor incorporates both the high power density of permanent synchronous and the simple structure of induction linear motor, which is perfectly suitable for long stator application, such as urban rail transit, resulting in considerable reduction of system cost due to its simple and cheap stator. Due to the lower control precision of the Hysteresis current control method, the space vector pulse-width modulation (SVPWM) strategy was applied to study the dynamic performance of LFSPM in this paper. The control system model was established based on Matalab/Simulink toolbox. The dynamic thrust performance of this motor at different load will be investigated based on this simulation model. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and correctness of this control system model, which can provide reference basis for controlling the actual linear motor.
