摘 要:超声电机是一种新型的直接驱动电机,超声电机特性测试是实现其控制的基础。利用虚拟仪器技术构建超声电机的检测与分析系统,实现对旋转和直线超声电机稳态和瞬态过程电压、电流、速度等多参量的测试与分析,构建稳定、可靠的测试平台。检测系统结构简单,具有一定的通用性和可行性。 关键词:超声电机;虚拟仪器;LabVIEW;测试分析
Abstract: Ultrasonic Motor (USM) is a new kind of direct driving motor, characteristic test of USM is the base of control. A testing and analyzing system of USM was built by virtual instruments, it realized testing and analyzing multi-parameter, such as voltage, current, and votary etc. of rotary ultrasonic motor and linear ultrasonic motor, in process of steady state and transient, and built a stable and reliable test platform.
