摘要:基于行波超声输送原理,设计并制作出实验用的多频变波长的超声输送实验测试装置,研究了输送装置在输送不同物料时的输送性能,考察了激振频率、振子表面质点振幅、物料质量及接触面积等对输送速率的影响。旨在为超声输送速度等宏观输送性能的理论及实验研究提供测试平台。 关键词:环形压电振子;行波;面内弯曲;模态分析;超声物料输送
Abstract: Based on the principle of traveling wave ultrasonic feeding, one ultrasonic experiment feeding device was manufactured. The transport properties of conveying device were studied in conveying different material, effects of vibration frequency, vibration amplitude of particle on the surface, the material quality and the contact area on the delivery rate. Which has multidrivingfrequencies and alterable wavelengths, and the testing systems were proposed. It can provide test platforms for the theoretical and experiment studies on the ultrasonic feeding velocity and other macroscopic transportation performance.
