标题:计及温度边界条件变化的潜水电机磁热流耦合模型分析

摘要:以30 kW充油式潜水电机为研究对象,建立了电机温度场三维模型,利用时步有限元法对电机热负荷进行了计算,给出了粘滞损耗、铁耗和铜耗在不同温度下或不同区域内的变化情况。在此基础上计及润滑油循环过程中入口温度的变化,对电机温度场及影响因素进行了分析,并与传统边界条件中参数为定值和参数中只有热负荷变化这两种情况下的温度场进行了比较,试验表明了采用计及热负荷和入口温度变化下所得温度仿真值更接近试验值,验证了所提出的边界条件设置方法的合理性,为后续冷却系统的优化提供仿真依据。

Abstract: Taking oilfilled submersible motor as the research object, the 3D model of the temperature field of the motor was established. The thermal load of the motor was calculated by using the timestep finite element method. The changes of viscous loss, iron loss and copper loss at different temperatures or in different regions were given. Based on above work, taking into account the change of inlet temperature during the circulation of the lubricating oil, the temperature field and the related factors were analyzed. The results were compared with the temperature fields in the two cases of the conventional boundary parameters as constant and only the change of the thermal load. The experimental results show that the simulation results obtained in this paper, which considering the changes of the thermal load and inlet temperature, are closer to the experimental values. The rationality of the temperature field boundary conditions setting method proposed in this paper was verified, which provided the simulation basis for the cooling system optimization.
