摘 要:提出的旋转系统机械角加速度直接测量方法通过对交流异步测速发电机励磁方式的改变,构成了能直接测量机械角加速度的测旋转角加速度发电机。它可以直观地反映出各种旋转系统随时间变化的机械角加速度的变化情况,可应用于旋转系统机械角加速度快速变化的测量场合。用此方法测量了异步电机空载运行时由旋转磁场振动而引起的转子角加速度的变化情况,证明了测量方法的可行性。此方法在科研生产中有一定应用价值。 关键词:机械角加速度;加速度发电机;异步电机;旋转磁场;振动转矩;测量
Abstract: A new method to measure the mechanical angular acceleration of rotating system is established by changing the exciting mode of AC asynchronous tachogenerator,and form a angular acceleration tachogenerator to measure the mechanical angular acceleration directly.This method can reflect the changes of mechanical angular acceleration in various rotating system,and it is suitable for the fields where the mechanical angular acceleration changes so quickly.Experimental results generated from testing of mechanical angular acceleration caused by rotating magnetic field when the induction motor is operating without any load are truly feasible.
