摘要:为了削弱表面永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩,首先用解析法确定气隙磁密平方项的傅里叶分解系数,得到了极弧系数与傅里叶分解系数的函数关系,揭示了齿槽转矩的解析规律;然后通过有限元方法精确优化磁钢形状,采用不等厚永磁磁极方法进一步削弱齿槽转矩,并通过自编Matlab程序同时给出等宽永磁体方案与不等宽永磁体方案;最后考虑工艺误差对两个方案的影响,利用敏感性分析方法对方案进行评估,最终确定工程设计方案。并实际制作4台样机验证结论。 关键词:表面永磁同步电机;齿槽转矩;有限元法;敏感性分析;极弧系数
Abstract: In order to reduce the cogging torque of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM), the effects of polearc coefficient on cogging torque were discussed according to the air gap flux density squared Fourier decomposition coefficients determined by using analytical method. The function relationship between the Fourier decomposition coefficients and polearc coefficient was also presented to demonstrate analytical law of cogging torque. Finite element method was then used to optimize the shape of magnet accurately. By this method, cogging torque was further reduced. Then samewidth and varyingwidth magnet designs were given by selfmade Matlab program. At last, engineering errors taken into consideration, the two designs were estimated by sensitivity analysis method. 4 samples had been made to confirm the conclusion.
