摘要:由于永磁电机的固有结构特征,不可避免的会存在齿槽转矩。首先阐述齿槽转矩的由来;其次用物理学原理系统的推导齿槽转矩的基本表达式;最后归纳目前工程上削弱齿槽转矩的常用方法以及优缺点。并介绍实际使用中的一些方法和效果。 关键词:表面式永磁电机;齿槽转矩;物理学原理;削弱方法;
Abstract: Owing to the inherent structure characteristics of permanent magnet motor, cogging torque inevitably exits. Firstly,the origin of cogging torque was popularly expounded; Secondly, physics principle was used to deduce the basic expression of cogging torque. Finally, various engineering application methods of reducing the cogging torque was summarized. Meanwhile, both advantages and disadvantages of the methods were discussed and introduced actualused effect of the method.
