摘 要:适于控制应用的超声波电机数学模型是其运动控制研究的基础。该文采用系统辨识的方法,建立以驱动电压幅值为控制自变量的超声波电机系统转速控制模型,为超声波电机转速自适应控制策略的设计提供基础。所给出的辨识建模方法对其它种类超声波电机及电磁电机的建模研究均有借鉴意义。 关键词:超声波电机;转速控制;模型;辨识
Abstract: Ultrasonic motor's mathematical model adapting to control application is the foundation of the motor's high performance control. Ultrasonic motor's speed control model taking amplitude as an argument was constructed by system identification method in this paper. It provided foundation for the design of the motor's speed adaptive control strategy. The identification method mentioned in this paper is very useful to the model study of other type of ultrasonic motor and other electromagnetic motors. |
