摘 要:基于TMS320F2812设计的全数字舵机用伺服系统采用电流内环、速度外环、位置最外环的三闭环控制结构。设计了带有电压泵升电路的主功率电路以及功率管驱动电路,软件采用C语言模块化编程。对速度计算的改进提高了速度的计算精度和抗干扰能力。试验结果表明,分析正确,设计合理。 关键词:伺服系统;全数字;无刷直流电动机;舵机;实验
Abstract:In this paper,full-digital servo system for rudder was designed,based on high performance DSPTMS320F2812 of TI company and including three close loops,such as inner current loop,outer voltage loop and position loop.Power circuit with voltage pump circuit and driving circuit of power device were also designed.The C programmer blocking language was used in software,and the mend of speed calculation improved the precision of speed calculation and performance of anti-jamming.Finally,the experiments validated the above analysis and showed that design was feasible.
