摘要:本文针对基于两相励磁机的航空三级式起动发电系统中的两相逆变电路,提出一种能够降低电流谐波含量的九段式空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法。详细分析了四桥臂两相逆变电路的基本矢量及其特性,开展了不同扇区基本矢量作用时间的计算,并基于基本矢量特性给出了九段式SVPWM调制方式下功率管在各扇区的开关序列。在Matlab/Simulink软件中开展了九段式SVPWM的仿真分析,并针对一台三级式起动/发电机样机进行了实验测试。仿真和实验结果验证了九段式SVPWM调制方法的优势和有效性。 关键词:航空起动发电一体化;三级式无刷同步电机;SVPWM;两相励磁机 Abstract: In this paper, a ninesegment space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method was proposed for a twophase inverter in a threestage aircraft starter/generator with twophase exciter. The proposed method can reduce current harmonic contents. The basic vectors and characteristics of the fourbridge twophase inverter were analyzed. The calculation of the basic vector action time duration in different sectors was carried out. Based on the basic vector characteristics, switching sequences of power switches were given under the ninesegment SVPWM. Simulation of the proposed ninesegment SVPWM was carried out in Matlab/Simulink, and experiments were performed on a threestage starter/generator prototype. Simulation and experimental results verified the advantages and effectiveness of the proposed ninesegment SVPWM method.
