摘要:本文对考虑铁耗情况下的感应电机间接矢量控制方法进行了研究,分析了其影响机理,并对其进行线性化补偿。由于铁耗的存在,常规间接矢量控制系统所采用的定向方法会导致系统出现偏差,使系统输出转矩减小,带载能力减弱,在弱磁区的恒功率运行范围缩短。本文根据考虑铁耗的感应电机等效电路,推导考虑铁耗情况下的定向控制方程,并且提出了线性化的补偿方法,以利于工程实现。最后,通过基于DSP的全数字主轴驱动器进行了物理试验,试验证明本文所提出方法的可行性和有效性,对主轴驱动系统性能地提高是非常显著的。
关键词:感应电机;间接矢量控制;铁耗 Abstract: In this paper, an approach of indirect rotor field oriented control (IRFOC) was proposed. The affection of iron losses was considered and a linearized compensation of iron losses was made, too. The standard IRFOC, especially in the field weakening region, does not consider iron losses. This can lead to inaccuracy of field oriented angle. Therefore, the developed torque was reduced and the constant power range in the flux weakening region was shorted. The rapidity of raising speed can be affected too. In this paper, an approach of IRFOC control was proposed based on equivalent circuit considering iron losses. Experiments were done by the DSP full-digital spindle drives. The results show the validity of the algorithm which are necessary for high-performance spindle control.
