摘 要:通过对永磁双凸极电机的建模及仿真,分析了电机结构变化对永磁双凸极电机性能的影响,如:定子磁轭厚度、转子极弧宽度和转子斜槽角度;最后分析了齿槽定位力矩的产生,并提出了减小定位力矩的方法。
Abstract: The doubly salient permanent magnet(DSPM)machine is a novel motor appeared in 19’th century.It offers the advantages of simple structure,fault tolerance,mechanical robustness, high power density and high energy conversion ratio,which leading to be attractive for industrial and electric vehicle applications.This paper analyzed the influences of the structure variation to the doubly salient permanent magnet(DSPM)machine,such as the stator yoke,the rotor arcr and the skewed rotor slots.At last,the cogging torque was discussed and new methods are proposed to eliminate the cogging torque.
