摘  要：文中根据电动油泵用电机的特性要求，基于ML4425设计了一款全硬件电动油泵用无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器。提出了通过增加简单电路、利用较少成本来提高系统工作性能的方法。该控制器主要包括线性稳压电路设计、ML4425外围电路设计、电机平稳起停电路设计、三相功率桥及其驱动线路设计。经实验验证，控制器运行良好。

Abstract: According to the characteristics requirements of electric motor pump, a full hardware electric pump with sensorless brushless DC motor controller was designed on the basis of ML4425. A method of improving system performance was proposed by adding a simple circuit and using less cost. The controller includes a linear regulator circuit, ML4425 external circuit, smooth start-stop circuit, three-phase power bridge and drive circuit. Experiment verifies the controller works well.
