摘 要:针对某空间扫描镜伺服系统技术要求,采用永磁同步电机直接驱动扫描镜。控制器采用了位置环、速度环和电流环控制器三环设计。通过Matlab/Simulink对扫描伺服系统进行软件仿真。仿真结果表明:输入给定位置周期信号,系统扫描周期精度在0.696±0.001 s之内,且匀速旋转(角速度5.808 rad/s,稳速精度0.3%)的运行角度范围大于58°,满足了扫描伺服系统的性能指标要求。 关键词:变速扫描伺服系统;永磁同步电动机;直接驱动;仿真
Abstract: Designed high-precision space speed-variable scanning device based on PMSM direct drive according to the requirements of scanning system.The algorithm was adopted as a triple-loop control structure,composed by current loop,velocity loop and position loop.Using Matlab/Simulink tools the control system software simulation was made.The simulation result indicated that the scanning period accuracy was within 0.696±0.001s with the given input position period,and the motion degree with the constant speed of 5.808 rad/s and stable tolerance of 0.3% was more than 58°.The system can satisfy the requirement of scanning system.
