摘要:空心杯电机与等同条件下的齿槽电机相比具有输出功率密度大,电气时间常数小,体积小、重量轻、运行平稳、响应快等特性,应用越来越广泛。但空心杯电机电枢杯的特性直接影响着电机的输出性能。目前,空心杯电机绕组电枢杯应用较多的是斜绕组,本文涉及的一种同心式绕组电枢杯较斜绕组电枢杯具有独特的性能,并做具体分析说明,得出同心式绕组电枢杯性能优于斜绕组电枢杯性能的结论。
关键词:空心杯电机;同心式绕组;斜绕组 Abstract: coreless motor has more electromagnetic power output, short mechanical time constants, small volume, light weight, smooth running performance, quick response and so on. coreless motor has been used widely, but the armature characteristic of coreless motor influence motor output performance directly, now, slanting winding is used more than other winding in coreless motor. This paper referred to a concentric winding has unique characteristics comparing with the slanting winding, gave material analysis and explain, and concluded the conclusion of the concentric winding more excellent than the slanting winding.
