摘要:在汽车工业向着节能、环保的方向发展的背景下,分析了传统汽车起动机的不足和国内外起动发电一体化技术的研究现状;然后提出并介绍了新型的磁通开关型ISG的拓扑结构和运行原理,以75 kW起动发电一体机的设计为例给出了一种磁通开关型ISG的理论计算设计方法,并利用Ansoft Maxwell对所设计的ISG参数进行了电磁场有限元分析,验证了这种设计方法的可行性;为其他学者设计磁通开关型ISG提供了参考,在今后的研究中,可采用文中给出的理论计算方法确定ISG的结构尺寸和电磁参数,然后再根据应用场合进行优化。 关键词:汽车;起动发电一体化;磁通开关型ISG;有限元
Abstract: On the background of the development trend of energy saving, environmental protection in the automotive industry, analyzed the shortcomings of traditional starter and the research status of integratedstartergenerator(ISG) technology. Then, introduced the topology and operation principle of Flux switching integratedstartergenerator. Take the computational design methods to 75 kW ISG machine for example,this paper presented a theory of flux switching ISG. Also did the electromagnetic field finite element(FEM) analysis on the designed ISG, and verified the feasibility of this method.This paper provided a reference to other scholars. In future studies, the theoretical calculation method can be used to determine the structure and the electromagnetic parameters of ISG, and then be optimized depending on the application.
