摘要:磁路饱和是引起永磁同步电机转矩波动的重要因素之一,因此研究饱和对转矩波动的影响机理具有重要的意义。传统分析转矩波动的模型是利用简化的磁路法导出的,并不能准确反映饱和的影响。基于虚位移法,文中推导了更加通用的精确转矩数学模型。进一步,结合冻结磁导率技术,详细地分析了饱和对各转矩分量的具体影响。结果表明,饱和不仅会使反电动势波形发生畸变,还会增大磁能变化率,提高附加转矩波动。传统的分析模型只能大致反映转矩波动的变化趋势,因此只能用于定性分析而无法用来精确计算。 关键词:转矩波动;磁路饱和;永磁同步电机;转矩数学模型 Abstract: Magnetic saturation is a crucial factor to cause torque ripple in permanent synchronous motors (PMSMs). Hence it is of great importance to investigate the influence mechanism of saturation on torque ripple. The conventional model for the analysis of torque ripple was derived by simplified magneticcircuit method and thus cannot accurately reflect the impact of saturation.Based on the principle of virtual displacement, a more universal precise torque mathematical model was derived in this paper. Furthermore, the specific influence of saturation on the torque components was analyzed with the frozenpermeability technique. It showed that saturation not only resulted in the distortion of backEMF, but also increased the rate of change in magnetic energy and the additional torque ripple. The conventional modelismerely able to predict the trend of torque ripple, hence can be only used for qualitative analysis rather than for precise calculation.
