摘 要:无论是在恒转矩运行区域还是在恒功率运行区域,内置式永磁同步电机的电磁参数对其控制系统的性能都会产生重要影响。该文建立了考虑磁路交叉饱和的电机有限元模型,通过对已有电感计算模型分析,提出了一种更精确的电感参数计算模型。通过实验对不同参数下控制性能进行比较分析,并对磁路饱和交叉饱和对控制性能影响进行分析。实验结果表明,采用所建立的电感参数计算模型所得参数进行控制系统设计,可有效提高电机控制性能。 关键词:磁路交叉饱和;有限元分析;内置式永磁电动机;弱磁。
Abstract: Machine magnetic parameters influence the control performance of an interior permanent magnet (PM) machine, in both the constant torque and the flux-weakening operating regions. In this paper, the finite element model of the motor considering magnetic cross-coupling was presents, through analyzing the inductance calculation model, a more accurate model of the inductor parameters was proposed. The experiments analysed the performance of motor control under the different parameters and the influence of magnetic saturation and cross-coupling. The experimential results verify that can effectively improve the performance of motor control using the parameters proposed in this paper.
