摘 要:针对为磁悬浮飞轮(MSFW)转子提供旋转动力的无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)进行了可靠性方面的研究。首先,建立了BLDCM的可靠性串并联模型,采用应力分析法对其可靠度进行了预计,同时分析了采用冗余控制对BLDCM可靠度的影响,分析表明在一定程度上可以认为控制冗余延长了BLDCM的使用寿命。其次,根据MSFW运行测试的状况,建立了BLDCM的故障树,进行了BLDCM的故障模式与影响分析,最后提出了提高MSFW用BLDCM可靠性的建议,对MSFW的工程应用具有一定的实用价值。 关键词:BLDCM;可靠性分析;故障树;故障模式与影响分析
Abstract:Brushless DC motor(BLDCM)as the key component of the flywheel,providing the power for rotor of magnetically suspend flywheel(MSFW)rotating,conducted its reliability.Actually,components of the BLDCM are in random failure period and their service life obeys exponential distribution.In this condition,the failure rate of the BLDCM was given out using the seriesparallel connection models,and reliability prediction of BLDCM was carried out by stress analysis,as so as the impact of redundancy control.The results show that redundancy control can prolong the operating time of BLDCM.Established the fault tree of the BLDCM according to the actual test,carried failure mode and effective analysis(FMEA)out,and finally put forward some methods to increase the reliability of the BLDCM.
