摘 要:文章首次将特殊结构的永磁直线发电机的应用扩展到石油提炼管加热领域。详细阐述了石油提炼管加热用永磁直线发电机的结构和工作原理。并且基于电磁场有限元分析软件Maxwell 2D,对一石油提炼管加热用永磁直线发电机进行有限元分析,得到了该电机静态时和瞬态时的磁场分布图以及电磁力、涡流损耗功率与速度的关系曲线。仿真结果可以用来指导石油提炼管加热用永磁直线发电机的理论研究和本体设计。 关键词:永磁直线发电机;有限元法;石油提炼管;加热
Abstract: Proposed a new heating method for petroleum pipe with permanent magnet linear electrical machines(PMLEM)for the first time in this paper.The basic structure and working principle of PMLEM were expatiated in detail.The magnetic field distribution figure for static state and transient state was obtained when finite element software Maxwell 2D applied on PMLEM.Also,achieved electromagnetic force and power loss at different speed.The simulation results can be used for theoretical study and design of permanent magnet linear electrical machine.
