摘 要:短距集中绕组双边型永磁无刷直流直线电机制作简单、推力大。其定子绕组的反电势波形对推力影响较大,需要加以分析。通过电磁场有限元仿真,指出电机齿槽结构和磁极宽度对反电势波形的影响。结合一台样机的反电势测试结果,说明采用传统的方波电机控制策略控制这种电机效果欠佳。 关键词:短距集中绕组;无刷直流电机;直线电机;反电势;齿槽结构;磁极宽度;测试
Abstract: A bilateral permanent magnet brushless DC linear motor with short-pitch concentrated windings can be manufactured easily and with great thrust,but the back electromotive force(BEMF)of its stator windings influences the thrust significantly and need careful analysis.By electromagnetic field finite element simulation,the influence of cogging structure and pole width on the BEMF waveform was pointed out.A real linear motor’s BEMF was tested and the result showed that traditional square-wave control method was not suitable for this kind of motor.
