摘  要：与传统的旋转电机相比，直线电机动态试验需要专用的试验装置。介绍了装置的结构、特点及性能。

Abstract:The steel type cord forms the essential part of tire,the quality of which has a direct impact on the quality of tire.The control system for steel type cord drawing machine of TB6 is to achieve the control to constant tension and electromotor for wire arranging by making use of PLC as the main controller in electrical control system and by means of VVVF(dual-frequency converter)to drive.The steel type cord drawing from the specific designed machine is superior in uniform diameter and smooth cutting.And the system is stable in operation and efficient in production.
