摘 要:分析了基于CW1525A芯片的直流电机调速系统中产生的电磁干扰;讨论了PCB的电磁兼容设计,即电路的合理选择和布置、妥善安排地线、正确应用屏蔽和合理利用滤波技术等,特别是全过程都应重视电磁兼容设计,以保证调速系统的电气性能和可靠性。 关键词:直流电动机;电磁干扰;电磁兼容;设计
Abstract: CW1525A which belongs to series integrated PWM controller uses for driving N-channel VMOSFET or NPN bipolar transistor.This paper reported the studies on the electromagnetic interference of DC motor control system.The experience of designing electromagnetic compatibility of PCB was described.Then,it summaried key points:properly arranging circuits,properly arranging grounding lines,correctly fixing the shield,reasonably using filer.Finally,it pointed out that electromagnetic compatibility design to the end,so as to ensure the performance and reliability of the system.
