摘要:在采用PWM功放的控制系统中,进行PWM开关频率和死区设置时,不仅要参考功率晶体管的开关时间等参数,还要考虑控制系统的其他要求。如果PWM的频率和死区设置不当,将影响控制系统的稳定性,影响脉动电流的“动力润滑”效果,甚至导致电机过热损坏。文章依据理论分析和仿真,对工程实践中PWM功放的频率和死区设置给出了合理的指导建议,具有较强的参考价值。 关键词:脉宽调制(PWM);开关频率;死区;饱和非线性;脉动电流 Abstract: When setting switching frequency and deadtime of PWM amplifier in a control system, the engineers should not only reference the switching time of transistors but also pay attention on to some other requirement of the control system. If the frequency and deadtime of PWM set improperly, will affect the stability of the control system, influence the “lubrication” effect of ripple current, and even lead to DC motor overheating damage. On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation, this paper provided a few guidelines about how to set the PWM frequency and deadtime in engineering practice, it has strong reference value.
