摘要:输出转矩是盘式永磁耦合器最为重要的设计指标,为详细分析盘式永磁耦合器的输出转矩特性,从涡流场分析理论和磁路等效理论入手,推导出盘式永磁耦合器输出转矩公式,分析永磁体厚度、气隙厚度和铜盘厚度等重要参数对输出转矩的影响。利用 Ansys有限元软件,建立了盘式永磁耦合器的3D模型,进行了瞬态场有限元仿真分析,验证了结论的正确性,为盘式永磁耦合器的优化设计提供了理论依据。 关键词:盘式永磁耦合器;涡流损耗;三维瞬态场;转矩特性
Abstract: The output torque is the most important index for the design of disc type permanent magnet coupler, the output torque characteristics of a detailed analysis of disc type permanent magnet coupler, starting from the analysis of the eddy current field theory and equivalent magnetic circuit theory, deduced the disc type permanent magnet coupler output torque formula, analysis of the important parameters of permanent magnet thickness, air gap and the thickness of copper the thickness of the output torque. By using the finite element software Ansys, established the 3D model of disc type permanent magnet coupler, the finite element simulation analysis of transient field, verify the correctness of the conclusion, provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of disc type permanent magnet coupler.
