摘要:本文设计了一台高速永磁电机,分析了定子槽数,槽口宽度、定子裂变比、永磁体极弧系数等参数对转子涡流损耗的影响,并对一种复合屏蔽层空心转子结构进行了研究,分析了外屏蔽层电导率对转子各部分涡流损耗的影响,并为屏蔽层的制作材料的选择提供了理论依据。最后,本文建立了转子温升测试试验台,对比了有、无铜屏蔽层的两种转子的温升,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of electromagnetic structure parameters, such as the number of stator slots, slot width, fission ratio, pole arc coefficient of the permanent magnet on the rotor eddy current loss were analyzed. A hollow rotor with double shield structure was proposed and the contribution of the shield layer conductivity to the rotor eddy current losses was discussed, which provided theoretical basis for choosing the shield material. Finally, the temperature rising of the rotors with and without copper shield was experimentally studied and the validation of the theoretical analysis was verified by the experimental results.
