标题:电机参数对永磁同步发电机电流谐波的影响

摘要:永磁同步发电机(PMSG)以其结构简单,体积小,效率高,功率密度大和运行可靠等诸多显著优点在新能源发电和电力驱动领域得到了快速地推广和应用。永磁同步发电机输出电流的谐波含量受到定转子间的有效气隙长度,定子槽口宽度及永磁体磁化方向厚度等电机设计参数的影响。本文首先建立了上述参数与电感的数学关系式,然后利用Ansys软件建立了表贴式和内置式两种转子类型的电机有限元模型,并在上述基础上分析了电机不同转子结构、气隙长度、定子槽口宽度和永磁体厚度对电感参数的影响进而结合仿真分析了上述电机参数对永磁同步电机电流谐波的影响。

Abstract: Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) and a PWM rectifier constitute a permanent magnet controllable power generation system, which has an increasingly wide application in the field of new energy power generation and electric drive. But compared with the direct grid connected operation generator, the stator current contains a large number of harmonic components. In this paper, the stator voltage harmonic model of permanent magnet synchronous generator under two modulation strategies of SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) and SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) was established. The harmonic current of generator stator current under different modulation ratio and carrier frequency was calculated and analyzed in detail, and change regulation of the harmonic current with the variation of modulation ratio and carrier frequency was also found. Finally, the simulation results verified the correctness of the conclusions.
