摘要:针对应用在不能反转场合采用无位置控制技术的无刷直流电机,分析了其绕组等效电感和转子初始位置的关系。设计了一套通过注入检测电压矢量,比较对应母线电流大小关系来确定转子初始位置的方法,并分析了不同续流方式对位置辨识的影响。利用基于DSP的控制平台对所设计方法进行测试,实验结果表明,所设计的方法可以在无刷直流电机静止的情况下准确地辨识电机转子初始位置所属区间。 关键词:无刷直流电机;电感法;无位置传感器;初始定位 Abstract: Analyzed the relations between the stator windings equivalent inductance and the initial rotor position for the sensorless brushless DC motor applying in the case of cant reverse. Designed a method to determine the initial rotor position by comparing bus current when voltage vectors injected into the stator windings, also analyzed the effects of the different ways of freewheeling. After tested by the BLDCM control system using DSP, the experimental result shows that the proposed method can identify the range of the rotor position without turning it.
