开关磁阻电机非线性动态模型;利用动态模型仿真得到的转矩数据分析了开通角和关断角对转矩脉动的影响规律;以降低转矩脉动为目标,得到了电机转矩脉动最优化开通角以及最优化关断角与转速之间的关系;设计了基于开通角和关断角可随转速变化的优化控制器。通过优化前后对比分析表明,本文建立的优化控制器能有效抑制开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,为电动汽车用开关磁阻电机驱动系统的优化提供一定的参考价值。 关键词:电动汽车;开关磁阻电机;转矩脉动;开通角;关断角;优化
Abstract: The torque ripple of switched reluctance motor drive system seriously affects the performance of electric vehicle. In order to optimize the torque ripple of the switched reluctance motor (SRM) used in electric vehicles, the nonlinear dynamic model was established in the Matlab/Simulink environment. Based on the torque data obtained from the simulation with the dynamic model, the effects of the turnon angle and the turnoff angle on torque ripple were analyzed. And the function relation was established between the optimal turnon angle, optimal turnoff angle and rotor speed in order to reduce torque ripple. Then the optimization controller was designed based on the variable turnon angle and the variable turnoff angle. Through the comparative analysis, the optimization controller designed in this paper can effectively reduce the torque ripple, and provides certain reference value for the optimization of switched reluctance motor drive system used in electric vehicles.
