摘要:通过有限元仿真软件对电动汽车牵引用永磁电机的两个关键性能-牵引特性和振动噪声特性进行仿真分析,缩短电机的研发周期,解决车用永磁电机设计过程中样机反复试制费用大、周期长的缺点。建立永磁电机的电磁场2D有限元仿真模型,验证永磁电机的低速最大转矩输出能力和高速弱磁扩速能力,依据电磁场分析结果,在不影响电机牵引性能的前提下转子铁心开工艺槽,减小电机质量,改善转子通风条件。对车用永磁电机进行电磁力波分析,建立电机定子铁心的3D模态有限元仿真模型,分析得出电机结构的模态频率,从电机的电磁设计和结构设计上避免产生较大电磁振动和电磁噪声的可能性。 关键词:电动汽车;永磁电机;牵引特性;电磁噪声
Abstract: The driving performances and electromagnetic vibration/noise characteristics of permanent magnet motor for EV drives were analyzed by FEM simulation. The disadvantage of high cost and long term of permanent magnet sample motor manufacture were overcome. Through electromagnetic simulation, the maximum output torque and flux weakening performances was verified. According to the electromagnetic analysis, the slot was drilled to reduce the weight and improve the ventilation of the rotor. The electromagnetic force waves were analyzed and stator modal was simulated to avoid the property of big electromagnetic vibration/noise.
