摘要:在永磁同步电机的故障特征分析的基础上,提出基于可检测的定子电流、母线电压及电机转速实施电动汽车PMSM驱动系统故障检测的判据,并架构了故障检测系统。通过具有故障检测功能的PMSM矢量控制系统的Simulink仿真模型的建立和处理器在环测试,不仅验证了建议的故障检测方案可行性及有效性,而且证实了使用电机控制器中的DSP处理芯片能够实现多种故障的在线快速检测。

Abstract: On the basis of the failure characteristics analysis of PMSM, the fault detection criterions were suggested to the PMSM drive system of Electric Vehicle (EV) by detecting stator current, bus voltage and rotor speed, and then, the fault detection system was set up. By establishing Simulink model of the vector controlled PMSM system with fault detection capacity and implementing the processor in the loop test, the obtained test results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed fault detection scheme, and also confirmed that the DSP processing chip in PMSM controller was able to achieve rapidly online multiple faults detection.
