标题:电动工具用高速两相开关磁阻电机研究

摘要:本文基于电动工具驱动对高速两相开关磁阻电动机进行了研究开发。首先由单相交流串励电机驱动的打磨机工具的性能要求和尺寸限制,给出两相开关磁阻电机的额定参数及主要尺寸,然后对电机进行了电磁设计研究,重点对其阶梯气隙进行优化设计研究,以满足电机的自起动能力和低转矩脉动要求,并对设计计算结果进行了电磁场有限元仿真验证;其次研究开发了两相开关磁阻电机驱动控制系统;最后进行了样机试制和样机试验,试验结果验证了分析计算的正确性及该种电机用于高速低成本驱动的可行性。

Abstract:Research and development wrere done for highspeed twophase switched reluctance motor based on the electric tool drive. Firstly, the rated parameters and main dimensions of the twophase switched reluctance motor were obtained from the performance requirements and size constraints of the singlephase AC series motor which drives the grinding machine. Then this paper uade a study of electromagnetic design. Especially the design of the stepped air gap was optimized to meet the selfstarting capacity and low torque ripple requirements. At the same time it took full advantage of finite element simulation to verify the results of the design. Also, the drive and control system for this motor were developed. And finally both of them were manufactured and the experimental test was conducted. The test results supporting conclusions from analysis were given. Meanwhile it verified the feasibility of this kind of lowcost machine for highspeed driving.
